Description
The YM-180-200 manual parts cleaning unit manufactured by Mü-Teks Makina (Turkey) is a closed case with a viewing window, illumination of the working area and a foot-operated solution supply system. Cleaning products in manual mode allows you to process surfaces with complex geometry and blind holes with the highest quality. Foot control makes the operator’s job easier and saves a lot of energy because the pump is only used when needed.
The PM series automatic flushing unit is designed for use with slightly alkaline solutions. The solution is heated by tubular electric heaters, made of stainless steel. The temperature and duration of the cleaning cycle is set on the control panel. The solution is applied to the part through a special gun at a pressure of 9 bar. Before getting back into the tank, the solution passes through a coarse filter, which protects the pump from further failure. To purge parts from the remnants of the solution and water, a compressed air gun is used, which is connected to the compressor.
At the request of the customer, the machine can be equipped with a weekly timer, a disk oil separator and stainless steel pipelines, fine filtration systems with an independent pump and bag filter, body and tanks made of AISI 430 stainless steel.
