MACHINE description

Benchtop series ultrasonic cleaner is specially designed for quality cleaning of small size objects. The tiny microscopic bubbles generated by the transducers provide cleaning of very difficult, irregular and complex parts. Even inaccessible areas can be cleaned without any trace of physical cleaning (scratches, etc...).

  • SUS304 thickening stainless steel, acid-proof and alkali-resisting with long work life;
  • Stainless steel cleaning basket;
  • Imported Alcoa High ‘Q’ ultrasonic transducer elements, with double waterproof circuits to effectively improve cleaning performances and cleaner quality;
  • The transducer is fixed by stud welding and Switzerland glue to avoid shedding;
  • Digital LED control for cleaning temperature and cleaning time, easy to operate;
  • A drainage device and anti-skid handle are equipped in the cleaner, whose tank capacity is larger than 6L;
  • High reliability, high efficiency, and low noise.
