Design features of the particulate filter washer PY-200 DPF/FAP/SCR
The worktop is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The steel mesh is able to withstand up to 200 kg of load. In addition to electricity, the installation during operation requires the connection of a source of compressed air 10 bar, flow rate 100-200 l/min.
For overall and heavy filters, an adjustable platform on a pneumatic drive is provided.
We have integrated an adjustable platform on the Total System PY-200 model to enable flushing of the largest and heaviest DPFs on a star disc, where the filter flush goes up or down to match the required parameters and dimensions of the particulate filter.
The adjustable pneumatic L-shaped arm holder fixes the filter even during the dispensing of water.
The stand is equipped with a water filter system. It consists of four cartridges in a stainless steel container. During the wash cycle, the water circulates in a circle through the system and is freed from fine particles.
A manometer is installed on top, which shows the degree of contamination of the filters. When a critical value is reached, they must be disassembled and cleaned.
